Thus it iwas possible to lose a QF but still recover and have a shot at the losing semi-finalists. As things turned out, the losing semi-finalists both won these recovery games. Chevron will take the 3rd seed position from EUCR-W above Leeds on basis of their higher ranking over Leeds in the UKUA Tour.
